Admin Assistant/ Data Entry/ Quickbook Personnel

We are looking for a self-motivated Admin assistant to help with running daily administrative operations of the company.
The candidate will need to provide general administrative support, communicating with clients both verbally and in writing, answering phones, filing, prepare contracts , manage email,manage files,mail, deliveries,data entry, run payroll , set payroll ,expertise in Word, Excel, Adobe
Good Communication and written skills
Strong Organizational Skills
Must be quality Minded and Self-motivated
Quick book & ADP is a MUST as data entry would be part of QB
$ 5/hr @ 15/20 hours a week maximum
